Contest Rules

For the purposes of on-air contests, we observe the following rules:

- All participants must be at least eighteen years old.

- Listeners and members of their households can win only once per thirty days.

- We may ask for proof of eligibility before awarding prizes.

- Ownership of any prize not claimed within thirty business days will revert back to KFLW 98.9 ‘The Fort.’

- Prizes are subject to any expiration dates or other limitations set by the sponsor providing them.

- KFLW 98.9 ‘The Fort’ reserves the right to record and broadcast any phone calls relating to contests.
